Africa is home to some of the world's most iconic wildlife, where vast landscapes, rich foliage and remarkable animals exist together in perfect harmony. Mozambique was inspired by this breathtaking beauty, celebrating the spirit of adventure and the incredible diversity of the natural world through original hand-drawn illustration.

Majestic lions, elegant giraffes, powerful leopards and exotic wildlife are brought together amongst flowing tropical foliage, creating a richly layered design that feels both bold and beautifully balanced. The soft colour palette allows every intricate detail to shine, while the mirrored composition creates a sense of rhythm, movement and timeless elegance.

Every animal, leaf and botanical detail has been meticulously hand drawn by Kirsty Norris BA (Hons) Fashion Textiles with Business Studies, Founder & Creative Director. Inspired by the landscapes of Mozambique and the dramatic beauty of Africa's Sky Islands, this Story reflects my passion for recreating the remarkable detail, texture and character found within the natural world.

As part of Chapter Three – The Detail in Nature, Mozambique celebrates not only the beauty of wildlife, but the craftsmanship required to capture it by hand. Every illustration invites you to pause, explore and discover new details, just as every journey through nature reveals something unexpected.
